Responsible

• Produce molds to ensure that parts meet the required size and shape specifications, analyze problem and develop work processes.
• Analyze plastic injection work using SW Plastic program.
• Determine the optimal gate locations and design the cooling system for molds.
• Design and draft 2D/3D mold drawings.
• Prepare purchase orders for materials and STD parts.
• Train employees and impart knowledge on molding.
